Liam Payne debuts shocking new chiselled look leading fans to believe he got plastic surgery

Ngl I'm a little scared.

Liam Payne has appeared on the red carpet debuting a dramatic new jawline that has sent fans into a frenzy.

The One Direction star appeared at the premiere of former bandmate Louis Tomlinson's new film 'All Of Those Voices' and can we just say how much it warms our hearts to see the 1D boys still supporting each other?

He even shared a post with Louis, writing "My neck hurts from how much I'm looking up to you right now you were already my friend and brother but getting to look through that window into your world and mind I just extend that respect I have for you".

Apologies I got a bit carried away there, back to it.

After posing in pictures at the event, alongside his influencer girlfriend Kate Cassidy, fans were quick to point out his new look.

After posing in pictures at the event, alongside his influencer girlfriend Kate Cassidy, fans were quick to point out his new look.

As you can tell, he's got a much more chiseled jawline giving him a more angular look and arguably, more masculine.

Fans were quick to take to Twitter to comment on the transformation, with many questioning whether he had undergone buccal fat removal.

Buccal fat removal has become a 'trending' treatment amongst many celebrities with Chrissy Teigen admitting she had received it and many have speculated that Lea Michelle and Bella Hadid have undergone the treatment too.

The simple cosmetic procedure involves small incisions being made through the mouth on the inside of each cheek to remove fat.

The procedure is claimed to give patients a 'slimmer-looking' face and more defined cheekbones.

After seeing his incredibly sculpted new look, it would make sense that Liam has undergone this treatment as if you look at the before and after, you can see a huge difference.

Back in 2021, Liam admitted that he was left looking bloated from partying and he believes his appearance was altered because of 'booze and pills'.

"There were a few pictures of me on a boat and I was all bloated out and I call it my pills-and-booze face," he explained.

"My face was 10 times bigger than it is now. The problem was, the best way to secure us was to lock us in our rooms, and what is in the room? A mini-bar." he said.

While the procedure can improve one's appearance and transform the facial structure, experts warn about the risks later down the line.

Page Six spoke to celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir, who warned people of the risks of getting the 'trending' procedure as not everyone is the right candidate.

"You can cause premature aging by just randomly taking out people's buccal fat," he warned.

"If you do it on somebody who's skinny, as soon as they hit their 30s and maybe even early 40s, their face will look hollow and gaunt and aged".

Let's just hope Liam ages well...

Beauty is Payne I guess?
