Kiwi Discovery: Flynn Adamson - Sucks

Christchurch artist Flynn Adamson releases ‘Sucks’, an infectious, upbeat pop track about missing someone and not knowing where you stand.

Written after someone close to Flynn moved overseas, the song captures the uncertainty of distance and wondering whether to hold on or let go.

With a big hook, soaring vocals and guitar-driven production, ‘Sucks’ turns a difficult situation into a bright, energetic pop track.

Written, produced, recorded, mixed and mastered entirely by Flynn, the track showcases the 20-year-old’s growing talent and DIY approach to music
