New Zealand dancefloor favourites Flamingo Pier return with ‘Glowdown,’ a euphoric new single that offers another glimpse into their forthcoming second album, Woven Together

For more than a decade, the New Zealand-born, London-shaped trio of Luke Walker, Dominic Jones and Brad Craig have been steadily building a world around disco, boogie, house, funk and soul.  One rooted as much in community as it is in music.

Now, with their second album Woven Together due in October, Flamingo Pier are entering a new chapter, and their latest single ‘Glowdown’

‘Glowdown’ is a bold, uplifting dance track designed around one simple idea: the moment when an entire room moves as one. The track combines Flamingo Pier’s love of groove and melody with rolling synths that get ya swayin’

The trio describe the song as an attempt to capture “those fleeting moments when an entire dancefloor is unified in their euphoria”. If you’ve ever been to one of their shows, you know how true that sentiment is.
