Kimberly Stewart confirms birth of second baby - a year after he was born

Kimberly Stewart has confirmed the birth of her second baby, a year after he was born.

Rod Stewart's daughter had announced her pregnancy in March last year, writing on Instagram, "Baby boy coming soon."

However, she didn't announce his birth and hasn't mentioned him publicly until now.

Now she has posted a photo of him, with his face covered, celebrating his first birthday. The little boy is sitting in a high chair, with blue balloons surrounding him. There is a small cake in front of him with a number one candle on the cake.

Kimberly, 46, is also mum to 14-year-old daughter Delilah, who she shares with ex-partner Benicio del Toro. When she announced her first pregnancy, the couple released a statement from their reps, saying "although they are not a couple, they are looking forward to the arrival of the baby." The statement added, "Benicio is the father and is very supportive."

Benicio has spoken about his relationship with his daughter. "I try to stay under the radar now," he told the New Zealand Herald. "I'm a father and that changes everything...I'm thinking about the future of another human being who I'm in love with."

Kimberly has never revealed who the father of her son is. She is the daughter of Rod Stewart and Alana Stewart, who were married between 1979 and 1984. They also have a son together, 44-year-old Sean Stewart.
