Already making his mark on the worldwide R&B scene, Kennyon Brown is no doubt destined for massive things. Born in Auckland, NZ with his family of Samoan descent - Brown spent the early years of his life amongst Southern Californian cities Long Beach and Anaheim, re-locating to Sydney as a young adult. In the past 5 years Kennyon has made his own way up through the independent route by partnering with his management on FutureNow Music's imprint, and their boutique team of frequent collaborators such as DJ Noiz, Fortafy, Bina Butta & more.
He has successfully toured internationally, headlining shows in Australia, NZ, Europe, USA & Hawaii. 2020 saw him accrue 15 million streams with key releases "Better Life" and "Give You Luh", hitting some of the biggest R&B waves. Kennyon then went on to team up with EDM DJ/ProducerJoel Fletcher to combine the electronic and R&B worlds with their bangers "Vibe" and "Changes", which have amassed 8 million streams and counting.
In 2021 Kennyon took his self-produced music to new heights, releasing instant hit records "BERETTA" and "S.A.Y" which racked up an impressive 3 million streams combined in under 6 months. This led to him becoming the cover artist on Spotify's coveted "R&B Connect" editorial playlist and various other editorial features on Apple Music and VEVO for each release. Kennyon also recently produced and collaborated on his sister Bina Butta's latest single "Lady Love", which has amassed 2 million streams in under 6 weeks.
His new single "2 Seconds", coming Friday 26th November, is the lead single off the upcoming project titled "Kenny Hendrix",set for release on Friday 10th December. This joint is a soothing R&B meets Pop medley and is the perfect segway to his full length project, and we can't wait for everyone to hear it all.
