Kelly Osbourne has slammed WWE star Becky Lynch over her insensitive joke about her late Dad Ozzy Osbourne.
During a WWE live event in Birmingham on Monday, Becky, 38, referenced the death of the Black Sabbath frontman while addressing the crowd. She said:
"The only good thing that came outta here died a month ago," she said. "But in fairness to Ozzy Osbourne, he had the good sense to move to L.A. Because if I lived in Birmingham, I'd die too."
In response, Kelly, 40, took to Instagram on Tuesday to call the comments "disrespectful".
"Becky Lynch you are a disrespectful dirtbag!" she penned. "Birmingham would not p**s on you if you were on fire."
Kelly continued, "Shame on the WWE for allowing such things to be said about my father and his home!"
Ozzy passed away on 22 July at the age of 76, almost three weeks after he performed with Black Sabbath for the last time at his hometown show in Villa Park on 5 July.
A public funeral procession took place in the city centre on 30 July and he was subsequently laid to rest on the grounds of his English home.
Shortly after the funeral, Kelly shared an emotional message on Instagram, admitting that she was experiencing the "hardest moment of her life".
"Grief is a strange thing - it sneaks up on you in waves - I will not be ok for a while - but knowing my family are not alone in our pain makes a difference," she wrote. "I'm holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind."
