There’s been another glitch in the matrix.

Controversial beauty YouTuber James Charles was spotted at Burleigh Bunnings on Australia’s Gold Coast, purchasing an iconic ‘Bunnings Snag’ and leaving a massive tip of $80 to a confused worker.

The unexpected visit was posted on James’s TikTok, where he vlogged the whole experience from seeing the iconic green tent for the first time to his honest review of the sausage-to-bread ratio.

Wait, that’s literally it? It’s just that f*cking little green tent?

All the Australians flocked to the comment section, expressing their excitement over the star's visit to the hardware retailer, with one user remarking, “seeing James Charles at the local Bunnings would actually send me into a spiral”.

Another said, “He came, he saw, he conquered the Aussie way of life”.

On the other hand, James’ calling the snag “basically a hot dog” did not go down well.

“It’s just a hot dog?” One comment read. “DUDE SHOW SOME RESPECT TO OUR NATIONAL DISH.”

“HOW DARE YOU CALL IT A HOTDOG AND TOMATO SAUCE AND KETCHUP ARE SO DIFFERENT STOP DISRESPECTING OUR CULTURE” said another.

James is currently on the Gold Coast promoting his makeup brand ‘Painted’, and clearly soaking up every bit of Aussie culture that he possibly can, including purchasing the iconic Bunnings hat and giving the saussie a rating of ‘10/10’.

Surely it’s time for him to make a trip across the ditch to NZ to do a taste test comparison… (we arguably have the better snags, let's be honest).
