The world has finally been given a snippet of the next season of MAFS and there are tears, slow-motion walking, and some chaotic energy.
Aussie celebrity gossip website The Wash shared a clip from the 2023 season of MAFS Australia introducing some of the new brides and grooms, and oh boy did former MAFS stars go off in the comments.
Here's the clip The Wash shared, which they got from a Channel Nine event where the network shows what's coming up.
Aleks Markovic was a bride on season seven of MAFS Australia, and she commented that the pink-suited, man-bunned groom in the clip has been in contact with her in the past.
"Omg he's from Perth!" she wrote. "Was in my DMs years ago as he's been applying every year and wanted 'advice' π didn't take my advice clearly haha".
We're gonna take a wild guess and say that her advice was simply do not go on the show.
MAFS Aussie Season 2 bride Clare Verral shares a similar sentiment, commenting that those in the clip don't know what's coming.
"These idiots have no idea what they are in for," she said. "They may think they do. They don't ??"
Cyrell Jiminez-Paule AKA Cyclone Cyrell from season six also got in on the action, commenting: "Oscar goes tooooooo... π".
The Wash also shared a clip of one of the new couples. Hiding out in the boot of a car and sneaking video of the bride and groom having to redo the same walk over and over again for the cameras.
"Meet Melinda Willis," the caption reads. "A Brisbane-based influencer with 150,000 followers who filmed her wedding for the next season of MAFS yesterday. and already seems over it? π"
No release date has been given for MAFS 2023, but we're sure you'll hear about it when it does come out due to the sheer amount of tea that spills from this show every year.
