The Harry Styles dry spell is officially over, but some fans are confused and, dare I say, a little disappointed.

This morning, Harry dropped the news of his new album, ‘Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally’, coming March 6.

It’s his fourth studio album, and honestly, fans everywhere are already kicking, screaming, and crying about what’s to come.

What we already know is the title of the album and that it features 12 new tracks, but after the 2022 release of ‘Harry’s House’, drawing on 70s/80s synth-pop, funk, and indie sound, fans are speculating about the overall vibe of his latest project.

The album cover features Harry - looking mighty fine - in a blue mesh sparkly shirt, jeans and chucking on some sunnies in front of the dark silhouette of bush.

Above him is a glistening disco ball, which has left us wondering whether the sound he’s chosen for the album will lean heavily into the ‘70s disco era.

We aren’t the only ones, either. A Reddit thread has asked Stylers what they think of the announcement, and let’s just say fans are torn.

One fan commented, “I want what the cover is giving!!!”

“I hope it’s actually disco because I love disco 😍😍,” said another

“I do like that he went experimental with the title,” wrote a third.

Others were harsh on the choice of the album artwork.

Someone said, “ngl, the cover looks like it was made on Canva, lol, but I love him, and I love disco ball aesthetic, so I'm gonna shut up and be excited”

“It's a pretty whack cover, but I can't wait to hear it!”

Another added, “I love him, and I’m so excited for the music, but I hate this album cover so much 😭.”

“I don't like the cover,” a fourth agreed. “Also, Disco in times when clubs are dying...? Nevertheless, I'm excited :)”

In response, another fan backed his creative choice, saying, “Harry is his own person, he doesn’t follow trends.”

The album is currently available to pre-order in a bunch of different formats, including vinyl, CD and even friggin glitter cassette tapes.

Harry Styles' new 'Kiss All The Time, Disco Occasionally' formats come in CD, multiple vinyl records and a silver glittery cassette tape.

I don’t know a single person still running a cassette deck, but hey, the nostalgia vibes are very much giving what the feel of this album appears to be.

Will Harry bring the return of Walkmans and boom boxes? Most of his fans will think those are prehistoric artefacts, but we’re so here for the vintage vibes!

March couldn’t be any further away right now.
