Grand Theft Auto 6 is getting its very own heavy metal radio station, hosted by none other than Slayer legends Tom Araya and Kerry King.
Yep, you’ll be able to cruise around causing absolute chaos while blasting some of the heaviest tunes going. How bloody good.
The station is called 106.6 The Chamber, and Rockstar Games has already dropped a sneak peek at what we can expect. The preview features Black Sabbath's 'I', Pantera's 'I'm Broken' and Slayer's absolute face-melter 'Raining Blood'.
Araya and King are actually hosting the station themselves, going by the very creative names DJ Tom and DJ Kerry.
You can hear Araya say “The world's a heavy place. Give it the thrashing soundtrack it deserves,” before dropping 'Raining Blood'.
U.S. Metal fans might also recognise the voice of Caity Babs from SiriusXM's Octane and Turbo stations making an appearance.
Of course, GTA has always had some cracking radio stations. Axl Rose even had a DJ gig in San Andreas, but having two Slayer legends running a dedicated metal station is pretty bloody hard to beat.
The game is set to arrive on November 19, and frankly, I’m already planning on spending an unreasonable amount of time driving around listening to the radio.
You can check out a preview of 106.6 The Chamber, plus the other GTA 6 radio stations now.
