George FM's very own Sin & Brook will be working their magic at the beloved Friendship Festival this year, which is headlined by Skrillex.
Friendship Festival is one like no other, it'll start on a cruise ship that departs from Miami on January 6th 2024 before stopping at a private island for a 24-hour party and returning to Miami on January 11th. It sounds like one hell of a good time on international waters, baby.
Sin & Brook are obviously the biggest names on the lineup, but joining them are some more heavy hitters like Skrillex, Chris Lake, Bob Moses and more.
It's honestly a huge accomplishment for Sin & Brook and a testament to their hard work. We couldn't be more chuffed for them - work hard, play hard
The cruise ship the shindig is going down on is the 'Norwegian Joy'. It's a behemoth of a boat, coming in at over 330 metres in length and worth a stonking NZ$1.2 billion.
There are plenty of activities on the ship. Besides from getting down to the best DJs in the game, you can lose all your money at the Casino, feel less bad about losing all your money by heading to the spa & salon, and then take any remaining anger out on your fellow floating festie-goers by playing a bit of laser tag.
EDM move maker Destructo, real name Gary Richards, organised the lineup so is responsible for Sin & Brook getting to have a go at it - cheers for getting the 2 rapscallions on board (get it?) Gary.
Gary loves a good time and a bit of a giggle - case in point is last year's Friendship Festival, where attendees did not know the lineup until they were actually on board the cruise ship.
We're always up for a laugh like that but thank the lord he announced it this year cause we get to hype up Sin & Brook. Leshgo!
