The Rock and Roll singer, real name Paul Gadd, has been charged with unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 13 and three counts of indecent assault on a girl under 14.

The allegations against Gadd, 82, were first reported to London's Metropolitan Police in January 2025, and the musician was first interviewed as part of the subsequent investigation on 22 July 2025.

David added, "We have worked closely with the Metropolitan Police as they have carried out their investigation into the allegations."
