After a run of three sold-out warm-up shows in Wellington, Ed Sheeran is ready to tackle Sky Stadium, performing at an expected 48,000 fans!

* Note: Timings are subject to change without notice. It's recommended fans arrive at least two hours before Ed Sheeran is set to take the stage, so you have enough time to make your way to your seats in time for the first song.
There are no pass outs for the show. Once you leave the venue, you will not be able to re-enter.
TICKETS
This event is a fully mobile ticket event. To access your tickets, all ticket purchasers will need to download the Ticketek app from the App Store or Google Play. You will need to arrive with all your guests at the gates to have your ticket scanned. Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted.
Remember Ticketek is the official ticketing agent for this show. The authenticity of tickets purchased from third-party sellers (Viagogo, TradeMe, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) can not be guaranteed.
PARKING/MOBILITY PARKING
Pre-purchased car parks are sold out, including mobility car parks. The car park will be open from 1pm, and car park passes must be printed out and shown on arrival, then displayed on your dashboard.
Mobility car park holders will be shown where to park by Stadium car parking staff, and will be required to display the mobility car parking ticket on their dashboard. People movers will be assisting mobility users from the car park up to the Outer Plaza on the Fran Wilde Walkway.
Mobility carts will also be in operation for those being dropped off at the stadium, and operating from the top of the Thorndon Spiral to the entry gates. There are no wheelchairs on the field for this concert.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP AND RIDESHARE/TAXIS
Taxi, rideshare and personal drop-offs are permitted at the Stadium up until 5pm only. After 5pm all drop-offs must use Bunny Street, Stout Street or Thorndon Quay. There are no Stadium Pick-ups after the show. Fans are advised to please use Bunny Street, Stout Street or Thorndon Quay.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
It's recommended to catch buses or trains to the event, and extra train services with additional capacity will be in operation before and after the concert on the Kapiti, Johnsonville and Hutt lines.
ROAD CLOSURES
From Thursday 4pm, the following roads will be closed:
Bunny Street closed at Featherston Street end
Stout Street, no right turn into Bunny Street
Left lane closure from Mulgrave Street to Whitmore Street
No left turn into Bunny Street, southbound Featherston Street
No right turn closure Waterloo Quay, southbound into Bunny Street
Stout Street, no right turn into Featherston Street and Bunny Street
Thorndon Quay closed (Davis Street to Mulgrave Street)
Mulgrave Street closed (Aitken to Thorndon Quay/Featherston Street)
Featherston Street closed (Mulgrave Street to Whitmore Street)
Aotea Quay contraflow install 9pm
Northbound lane contraflow into southbound lanes.
Streets will reopen once pedestrians have cleared after the show.
BAGS
There are strict bag/item size restrictions in place. Sky Stadium strongly recommend patrons do not bring bags. Bags must be no bigger than A3 in size (30cm x 21cm) and bag searches will be conducted at the gates.
There will be no place to check in your bag at the Stadium.
CASH
Sky Stadium is a cashless venue. All food and beverage outlets and merchandise stands accept EFTPOS and credit card.
FOOD/DRINK
Food and drink is available to buy on site. You are allowed to bring small amounts of food for personal consumption into the venue. A sealed plastic water bottle (up to a max of 1 litre) can also be brought into the venue, and there will be free water stations around the stadium and at bars.
NOTE: The lid will be removed and thrown upon admission. You can also carry an empty plastic bottle with no cover (up to 750ml) to use at free water stations. Metal/stainless steel bottles will not be allowed in.
WEATHER
Sections of the Sky Stadium stands are covered, but if you're concerned about getting caught in any impending rain, be sure to bring a poncho or raincoat.
FIRST AID
If you need medical assistance at any time, you can text 5454 with your location and the medical team will come to you. Wellington Free Ambulance will be based at Aisle 19, and at the north-eastern tunnel on the field, under Aisle 32.
SMOKING
Sky Stadium is a smoke-free venue. This includes e-cigarettes and vaporisers. Designated smoking/vaping areas are outside of the building.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Bags must be no bigger than A3 in size (30cm x 21cm) Video cameras and recording devices (this does not include mobile phones) Photographic devices with a lens larger than a standard watch face and/or a removable lens. Alcohol. Beverages (refer to previous section for water arrangements). Glass bottles, cans, thermos flasks. Hot food and commercially produced takeaway food such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway, pizza etc. Chilly bins, eskys, picnic baskets or large bags over 42cm x 30cm x 30cm in size. Illicit drugs. Gang patches and gang paraphernalia. Sound amplifiers including loudhailers. Noise making devices including musical instruments (unless under prior agreement with the event owner under agreed conditions). Prams, strollers, pushchairs (there are limited storage facilities for these items at the entrance, however the Stadium takes no responsibility for loss or theft). Dogs or other pets (see below for information on guide or service dogs). Flares, fireworks. Laser pointers, whistles, horns, bells, vuvuzelas or similar items. Drones and other flying devices. Knives of any size or other weapons. Skateboards, roller blades, scooters, bicycles or similar items. Chairs, booster seats, stools or other seating devices of any kind. Signs or banners that are obscene, abusive or may cause offence. Flag poles of more than one metre in length. Any other item that Stadium management determine may cause injury, public nuisance, inconvenience or offence.
Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned.
