Ella Langley has no regrets after cancelling a concert following a reported bomb threat.

The Choosin' Texas singer was performing in Lubbock, Texas, on Saturday when she made the emotional speech about why she decided to pull the plug on her sold-out show at Tulsa's BOK Center on Friday.

Langley told the crowd she didn't want to take the risk of anyone getting hurt.

"I was put in charge of a decision for 15,000 people and I decided to make the decision that I could live with the rest of my life," she explained, reported Taste of Country.

"Because when it comes to keeping you safe and making sure that this show is a safe place for us to come and enjoy our music, then it will happen.

"But the second, it feels like it's not, I'm not doing it. I'm not doing it because a concert's not worth a human life. It's not," she added.

After the bomb threat was received, Tulsa Police Department reported that they had swept the area and found no credible threat.

However, the 27-year-old country music star decided to cancel the concert, and has insisted she would do the same thing again if ever put in that situation.

"And so I would have made yesterday's decision ten billion times over. And I'd do it tomorrow and I'd do it the next day," Langley told the crowd on Saturday.

"Because while I'm grateful to get to do what I do, it's not the most important thing in this life. What's the most important thing in this life is the people around you that love you and that are there for you no matter what," she explained.

Langley is currently on her Dandelion Tour, in support of her second studio album Dandelion.

Her hit single Choosin' Texas recently broke the record for the most weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
