Electric Avenue 2027: How to secure your tickets before they sell out

Electric Avenue has dropped a stacked lineup for 2027! The countdown is officially on to see Kings of Leon, Calvin Harris, and a massive lineup of acts live in Christchurch's Hagley Park.

When do tickets go on sale?

General sale kicks off at 12:00pm NZT on Thursday 24th September.

Following that, preregistered One NZ customers have access to the last 5000 tickets, starting from 1:00pm NZT.

How do I access the general sale?

Tickets are only available to purchase through Ticketmaster. Make sure you're signed into your Ticketmaster account ahead of time, and that all your details are correct. You don't want to scramble with incorrect or missing details at crunch time!

On Ticketmaster, you'll see three options to purchase: Friday, Saturday or Weekend Pass - so plan which day or days you're attending based on the announced line-up.

What types of tickets can I buy?

You can buy tickets for single days (Friday or Saturday), or a full weekend pass in either General Admission or VIP tiers.

Prices for single-day entry start from $269.90 plus booking fees, while weekend passes start from $489.90 plus booking fees.

Top tips to get ready before tickets drop:

• Be ready and waiting BEFORE 12pm on the Ticketmaster site. The earlier you join the waiting room when it's open, the better chance you'll have in the ticket queue when the sale starts.

• Commit to one browser or device. Refreshing on multiple devices could get you kicked out for bot-like activity!

• Make sure your card has the funds to purchase, or that you've got your Afterpay set up and sorted.

• Ticket availability will change as people complete purchases, and you can only buy a max of four tickets at once. If you've offered to buy on behalf of your mate group, be sure you've got them all covered - or start a chat group to keep in comms until the tickets are secure!

• Charge the device you're using to buy tickets so it doesn't die at the last minute! (Trust us, we've seen it happen.)
