It's only one week before Ed Sheeran touches down in New Zealand, but he's still bringing some exciting announcements before he kicks off his massive Mathematics tour!
The 'Bad Habits' singer has announced Kiwi singer-songwriter Kaylee Bell, and UK rising star Maisie Peters will be the opening acts for his six-show tour.
Kaylee Bell will be appearing at all six Ed Sheeran shows across Aotearoa, including his three sold-out intimate concerts at the Wellington Opera House.
Recently, Kaylee went viral for her appearance on The Voice Australia, where she performed her hit song 'Keith' in front of legendary country singer Keith Urban. She has become the 'Most Streamed Female Country Artist' in Australasia for the past four years and recently opened for fellow Kiwi band Six60 on their stadium tour.
Ed's second opening act, 21-year-old Maisie Peters, will be appearing at the three stadium shows - her first performances in New Zealand. She's currently signed to Ed's record label, Gingerbread Records, and has made fans of fellow musicians Taylor Swift and Sam Smith.
Final tickets are on sale now for Ed Sheeran's remaining show at Auckland's Eden Park on Saturday 11th February 2023, available now from Ticketmaster.
