Cookie Time's new Apple Crumble Custard flave is throwing me back to mum's homemade cooking

This walk down memory lane sounds delish!

Feeling like a mid-week pick-me-up? Say less because Cookie Time has gone and dropped a new delicious flavour that's taking me right back down memory lane.

Throw it right back to ya mum's homemade cooking with an Apple Crumble Custard Cookie.

The new cookie has a divine-looking custard-flavoured top, apple pieces, crumble and chunks of white chocolate.

Now, imagine making a humble apple crumble and sprinkling some of this cookie over top... I think we just found a way to one-up the OG winter treat! orrrr just chuck it in the microwave cut up some apples and BOOM, an easy, belly-warming treat to feast on while binge-watching a bitta Netflix.

Cookie Time's new flavour comes just two months after they released their two game-changing frozen desserts.

Made up of two Cookie Time cookies with some ice cream in between (in case you never heard of an ice cream sandwich before). They're running two flavours: the Original Cookie Time cookies with vanilla ice cream and the Double Chocolate Dunk, which has plant-based cookies and chocolate coconut cream.

It's safe to say that mixing a Cookie Time biccy with a classic dessert is something we can't resist, so I'm sure their new flavour will be a total hit.

The Cookie Time Apple Crumble Custard Cookie and Cookie Sandwiches are available now in supermarkets up and down the country.
