Raised on a farm near New Plymouth, Bradley Slater has now amassed over 50 Super Rugby caps for the Chiefs and is a key cog under Head Coach Clayton McMillan.
Slater credits his hardworking upbringing for his success on the field, balancing a professional rugby career with family time and whether a return to farming could be on the cards at some point in the near future.
