'You shut the F up!': Chappell Roan gets into heated exhange with paparazzi at the MTV VMAs

"Not me b*tch."

Chappell Roan just put an incredibly rude photographer in their place at today’s MTV VMAs.

While walking the carpet at the event, a member of the paparazzi told the ‘Hot To Go’ singer to “shut the f*ck up”.

“YOU SHUT THE F*CK UP,” Chappel yelled back. “Don’t… Not me bitch,” she added with a stern look.

Chappell swiftly moved on from the firey exchange and continued to take pictures on the carpet.

“I love when women don’t take shit,” one commenter wrote on Variety’s video.

“I’m sorry but she is definitely allowed to walk the red carpet and ask for respect!!” Another added.

“These celebrities should be allowed to have boundaries.”

Even fellow celeb Rachel Ziegler commented on the moment, writing: “Good for her.”

Recently, Chappell has been very vocal about not tolerating "creepy behaviour".

After shooting to fame extremely fast, she shared two TikTok videos calling out fans for "stalking" her and demanding pictures.

“I don’t care that abuse and harassment, stalking, whatever, is a normal thing to do to people who are famous or a little famous,” she said. “It’s weird how people think that you know a person because you see them online and you listen to the art they make …"

I’m allowed to say no to creepy behaviour, okay?

She stood by her comments in a follow-up post on Instagram, writing: "I’m not afraid of the consequences for demanding respect."

What do we think? Are we supporting Chappell for setting her own boundaries, or is this just part of the cost of being a major celeb?
