Celine Dion and Jack Black were spotted rocking out at Metallica's Las Vegas Sphere show on Thursday night (November 5), alongside a few other familiar faces.
A fan captured the two enjoying Metallica's 'Blackened', with Jack Black getting right into the music while Celine Dion was enthusiastically playing along on an imaginary bass guitar.
And she was properly getting into it too, complete with some pretty convincing bass face.
The fan shared the footage on Instagram, writing: "My brain cannot process what I saw tonight during the @metallica concert at the Sphere—maybe the purest love of music I have witnessed."
The comments were pretty entertained by the unexpected pairing.
"At first glance: 'oh jack black being jack black 🥰'…. Second glance: 'Jesus Christ is Celine Dion playing air bass?!'"
Another added: "celine dion rocking out to metallica was not on my bingo card"
And apparently, they weren't the only big names enjoying the show.
According to Consequence, Dion was sharing a suite with members of Guns N' Roses and No Doubt, with GN'R guitarist Slash also reportedly in attendance.
Not a bad little guest list.
While seeing Celine Dion at a Metallica gig might seem a bit random, she's actually been a fan of heavier music for years. Back in 2007, she revealed that she'd often use AC/DC's 'Thunderstruck' during soundchecks to get the adrenaline going.
"I've been a big fan of AC/DC for about 15 years or 20 years - the sound guys introduced me to [their music]," she said at the time.
Turns out Metallica fans come in all shapes and sizes. Some of them just happen to be Celine Dion.
