Candice Swanepoel's representative has addressed the alleged feud between her and Joan Smalls.

Just days after the models walked in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, rumours began emerging that the pair were no longer friends.

Addressing the ongoing speculation on Wednesday, Swanepoel's rep told Just Jared, "Candice has always been exceptionally private about her personal life, with her focus remaining on raising her children."

"She and Joan share a longstanding history and a friendship that Candice will always respect," they continued.

Fans became suspicious of an alleged falling-out between the catwalk stars after they didn't post any pictures together from the fashion extravaganza.

Furthermore, underneath Smalls' 20 October Instagram post, a fan asked if they were not friends anymore, and she allegedly replied, "Im not friends with backstabbers (sic)." In a separate comment, she allegedly wrote, "There is no girl code with some people."

The Puerto Rican model and TV personality also commented under an Instagram post from Just Jared discussing the alleged feud.

"Two words: SUMMER HOUSE! That'll explain everything," Smalls wrote, seemingly referencing Ciara Miller and Amanda Batula's friendship fallout over West Wilson.

This has fuelled rumours that the feud is due to Swanepoel being in an alleged relationship with Tom Brady, who Smalls reportedly dated after his 2022 divorce from fellow model Gisele Bündchen.

According to editors at Us Weekly, the retired NFL quarterback and the South African supermodel have been together "for a while".

Neither Brady nor Swanepoel have formally confirmed they are dating.
