Brass Against singer Sophia Urista has broken her silence after peeing on a fan during the band's recent set at Rockville Festival.
If you haven't already heard - Uritsa has made a bunch of headlines this week, after she invited a fan on stage and weed on his face, all while still singing RATM's 'Wake Up.'
The group, who are known for their metal covers of bands such as System Of A Down and Smashing Pumpkins, issued an apology following the 'incident', saying "Sophia got carried away." Now, Sophia has spoken out.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: "Hey everyone. I want to speak to my performance at Rockville metal festival in Daytona.
"I have always pushed the limits in music and on stage. That night, I pushed the limits too far.
"I love my family, the band, and the fans more than anything and I know that some were hurt or offended by what I did," she continued, "I apologize to them and want them to know that I didn't mean to hurt them.
"I am not a shock artist. I always want to put the music first. I'm grateful for all of your continued love and support."
Rockers were quick to comment messages of support to Sophia. Even Mötley Crüe's Nikki Sixx commented on the post saying: "Rock n fuckin roll. Never apologize"
Someone else responded to Sixx's comment, saying "if Fuckin Nikki Sixx says it's ok. Then it's ok!! 🤘"
