WATCH: Brad Pitt rocks a pounamu, hoons through South Island on a motorbike

I can't decide which looks better - Brad or the scenery.

Brad Pitt’s been snapped living his best rugged life in New Zealand for the cover of GQ’s Blockbuster Summer Issue - and he's paying homage to Aotearoa's culture while he does it.

GQ posted the video to Instagram, showing Pitt riding around on a vintage motorbike around the Glenorchy area, where he’s currently filming ‘Heart of the Beast’.

The clip shot by Queenstown production company Storyworks shows him cruising through the beautiful scenery along Lake Wakatipu, strolling along the stone bank, and lounging on a mattress that can only be described as one you’d have kept in the garage since the 90s - you know the one you’d pull out for a sleepover with the cousins?!

But somehow Brad makes it look like he’s having the cosiest nap of his life.

In the cover shot, Brad’s rocking a Louis Vuitton Jumpsuit and beanie, Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello boots and a ponamu necklace, which has been credited to have come from his own collection.

GQ described the setting as “a marvel of a home in the vast natural dreamscape of rural New Zealand.”

Brad also features in the Summer Issue alongside his ‘F1’ movie co-stars Damson Idris and IRL driver Lewis Hamilton.

Brad stars in the movie as Sonny Hayes, a retired Formula One driver who suffered a terrible crash in his past. He's convinced to come out of retirement and train a rookie prodigy, played by Damson, for the Apex Grand Prix race.

There will also be appearances by real-life Formula One drivers, including, of course, Lewis Hamilton, George Russell, Max Verstappen, Sergio Pérez, Oscar Piastri, Fernando Alonso, Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda.

Directed by ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ creative Joseph Kosinski, ‘F1’ is hitting cinemas on June 26.
