Nothing gets us Kiwis screaming more than ice cream, especially if we catch word that it's FREE!
From midday tomorrow, April 16th, nearly every Ben & Jerry's store is scooping up and serving out free cones around New Zealand.
Kiwis can stop in at their local store for a scoop or two of Impretzively Fudged or PB S'more. Keen to try both? You can line up as many times as your sweet tooth can handle!
I'm rounding up my whole squad - okay, all five of 'em - and making multiple trips in the line.
It's all to celebrate Free Cone Day, hoping to make it the biggest yet!
They're on a mission to top last year's record of 180,000 free scoops across Australia and New Zealand.
Dave Stever, CEO of Ben & Jerry's, was thrilled to see fans flocking to stores in 2023. "It was nothing short of amazing to see our fans back in our shops in their full Free Cone Day glory," he said.
"We gave out over 970,000 scoops across the globe, but we know together with our fans we can break 1 million scoops," Stever added.
I've always dreamed of breaking records. If devouring an entire pint in one sitting counts as practice, sign me up for tomorrow's challenge!
