Bebe Rexha shares an update of her nasty wounds after being struck by a fan's phone mid-concert

That is some gnarly bruising.

Bebe Rexha was rushed off stage at her New York show last night after she was struck in the face by a fan's phone.

Footage going viral on social media shows Bebe holding her face and collapsing to her knees on the stage after being hit by a phone hurled in her direction by a member of the audience.

Her team rushed from backstage to help her and she was then escorted off to go to the hospital. The singer had to cancel her meet and greet with fans as she dealt with her injuries.

In an update today, Bebe took to her Instagram to share photos of her face which shows her incredibly bruised eye and stitches just below her eyebrow.

Though her wounds looked nasty, the singer reassured fans with an "I'm good" in the caption.

The comments section of the post quickly filled with support for the singer.

"That's so fucking ridiculous, people are insane," wrote one fan.

Demi Lovato wrote a kind message, reading: "Love you girly... I'm so sorry this happened to you."

While 'Fuller House' actor John Stamos added: "That is 💯 percent f*cked up! I hope you're okay BeBe xo"

According to a statement released by the NYPD, the concertgoer who threw the phone has since been taken into custody.

"The individual was taken into custody on scene and removed to the 1st Precinct for arrest processing. The aided female was removed by EMS to an area hospital in stable condition. Arrest report still pending at this time," officials said.

It's good to know that this has been taken seriously, and not that anyone should have to be reminded, but for the love of God, don't be throwing things at celebrities on stage.
