Badshah and Isha Rikhi Announce Separation Months After Marriage

Rapper-singer Badshah and Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi have officially confirmed that they are parting ways. The couple made the joint announcement on Monday evening, August 31, ending weeks of media speculation surrounding trouble in their marriage.

According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Badshah shared a statement on his Instagram Story emphasizing that the choice to split was made amicably and with mutual respect.

"I and Isha Rikhi have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time," Badshah wrote.

The couple also requested that the public and media refrain from prying further, adding: "This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship."

Social Media Hints and Prior Marriage

The official breakup comes just weeks after Isha Rikhi posted an emotional social media message in July, raising initial questions about the marriage:

This separation marks the end of Badshah’s second marriage. He was previously married to Jasmine Masih, whom he wed in 2012 after meeting on Facebook. The former couple shares a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh (born in 2017), before finalizing their divorce in 2020. Badshah continues to co-parent his daughter.
