Ariana Grande became emotional during her latest concert in Los Angeles, wiping away tears as she addressed fans from the stage.

During her performance at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday as part of her Eternal Sunshine Tour, the singer and actress appeared overwhelmed by the audience's reaction.

Addressing the crowd, Ariana thanked fans for their support.

"Thank you so much, oh, my God. L.A., thank you so much," she said, according to clips shared on social media. "Are you kidding? What the hell? I've never in my life experienced a crowd like this."

As she spoke, the Wicked star, 32, was seen wiping away tears while the audience applauded.

"This is so overwhelming in the most beautiful way ever," she continued. "Thank you so much for being so loving. Holy moly. I said holy moly, but I meant it, you know."

Ariana went on to praise the "amazing" crowd before joking that her emotional reaction was down to her star sign.

"This means so much to me. You guys are so amazing. I love you so much and I always have," she stated. "You can't do this to me, you know what I mean, because you know what's going to happen. You know, I'm a Cancer. This is going to happen."

The Thank U, Next hitmaker also thanked fans for "always being such a loving, safe presence in my life" and for supporting her "throughout all these chapters and all of these years".

Ariana concluded by revealing that the concert marked the first time she had performed a tour while wearing contact lenses.

"It's so nice to see you for the first time in my life and to be able to connect," she shared. "It's so powerful. This is a very overwhelming night."

The concert came days after reports claimed that Ariana and her boyfriend, Ethan Slater, had split after nearly three years together.

Ariana kicked off her Eternal Sunshine Tour on 6 June, marking her first concert tour since 2019.
