Alleged IRL Martha from 'Baby Reindeer' threatens legal action, claims she's the 'victim'

"Richard Gadd is using 'Baby Reindeer' to stalk me now."

The alleged real-life Martha Scott from Netflix's hottest show right now, 'Baby Reindeer,' claims she's a "victim" and is considering taking legal action.

For those who don't know, the show is based on true events from creator Richard Gadd's life befriending an obsessive stalker named Martha, only for her to become his worst nightmare.

Fans were shocked to find out that all the emails from 'Martha' in the show were REAL, exactly as Gadd received them.

Since then, the show's popularity has skyrocketed, with fans delving deep into its real-life backstory. Martha's true identity remains a mystery that fans are hellbent on uncovering.

Now, an unnamed woman claiming to be the real Martha spoke to Daily Mail, claiming: "[Gadd's] using 'Baby Reindeer' to stalk me now. I'm the victim. He's written a bloody show about me."

She added: "He always thinks he's at the centre of things. I'm not writing shows about him or promoting them in the media, am I?"

She also mentioned she was considering legal action.

In a previous interview with Daily Record, she revealed receiving numerous death threats since the show was released.

"I've had death threats as a result of his show despite the fact that a lot of the things he claimed are just not true," she said."Someone online said, 'If I find you, I will kill you'."

Doing his best not to out any of the show's IRL inspiration, Gadd told GQ that the show had "gone to such great lengths to disguise her".

And despite Gadd urging his Insta followers not to speculate on the real-life identities of the show's characters, the questions surrounding Martha continue to unfold.
