A bunch of Kiwis are absolutely gobsmacked after spotting an item on Kmart NZ's website which is going viral for its...versatility.
The department store recently added a 'Vibration Massager' to its shelves, and it looks strikingly similar to a certain bedroom toy.
It's not hard to see why. The $10 product's got a long curved handle with a small grey ball at the tip. The design looks pretty useful for getting to those hard to reach places - you know, like that tricky spot on your back that you can't get to, no matter how hard you try?
But after being posted to a popular Kmart Facebook group, the ladies have taken to the comments to joke about other reasons why they'd be grabbing this device.
"For all those 'hard to reach' places! Chances are, this will hit the spot that most people miss..šš," wrote one commenter.
Another said: "Well, may as well just open an R18 section Kmartš better living everyone."
"Anyone tried this? Asking for a friend," a third cheekily asked.
"Add to cart.......ššš¤£," a fourth was quick to approve.
While most people quickly suggested some x-rated uses for the item, others were genuinely confused about what it's actually meant for.
"What is it actually for?" One user asked.
"But how do you use it?" added another.
Whatever customers are using it for, it's proven its popularity quite quickly. The massager is now sold out both in-store and online.
Tough luck for some!
