From Rei and featuring Hawai‘i artist Chardonnay, the track blends English, te reo Māori and ‘ōlelo Hawai‘i- something Rei has been wanting to do for a while.

After coming across Chardonnay online and connecting with her sound, the collab came together easily, with both artists bringing their own magic to it.

“Hine Manea”, meaning beautiful girl, is an upbeat, reggae-inspired waiata aroha — an inter-island love song that carries a light, easy feel.
