Go to your dashboard and check out the different challenges. If a challenge is grey, it means it’s not started. If the challenge is solid, you’ve completed it and you will be awarded entries.
Important: Only activity on rova.nz (the website) and the rova app will earn entries. Listening via CarPlay, Android Auto, Sonos, Alexa, Chromecast, Airplay or any other platform will not earn entries.
Yes of course! Even with only one challenge completed, you still have a chance to win.
This could relate to one of a few different issues:
- Some challenges do not award entries until you have completed multiple tasks. Check the type of challenge for more details.
- Some challenges start later (eg. 'Listen Up' Challenge entry period starts from 8am, 31 August), or finish earlier (eg. 'Vote' Challenge entry period ends 11.59pm, 23 August).
- Challenge timing is based on New Zealand Standard Time.
- In some cases, entries can take up to 24 hours to show.

In order to receive the 'Vote Now' entries, you must register for the BYD Shark competition before submitting your votes.
If you submitted your votes before joining the BYD competition, you will not be eligible to receive the 'Vote Now' entries.
All is not lost though, as you can still earn entries by competing the other challenges before the competition end date (12pm Thursday 24 September).
