We are making some changes to the way you log in to rova.

You may have heard that MediaWorks (the company that owns rova) has sold part of its business. This means we need to separate out the different ways people use MediaWorks services, and we will log you out for the update to take place. As part of the change, we’re turning off Facebook login.

If you have a MediaWorks username and password, you can log in as per usual. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the instructions in the app, and if you signed up using Facebook, you’ll need to reset your password to create one.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and hope you enjoy your upgraded rova experience.

Why are you doing this?

We’re making changes to the business behind rova, and we’re using this as a chance to upgrade our login systems at the same time. This will make logging in and managing your info easier, and give you more options for personalisation in the future.

Why can’t I log in using Facebook anymore?

Because of app store requirements, including a Facebook login is pretty complicated... Plus we think having your own password keeps you in control, regardless of what happens with Facebook!

Help! I can’t remember my password!

All good - hit the reset password option in the app and follow the instructions.

Are you changing your privacy settings?
